The house is newly constructed in 2017/2018 and features a great room with one large bedroom; which is great for a small family. There is a large deck off the back of the house to enjoy the country scenery. Hops View is 10 minutes to the village of Cooperstown & Bassett Hospital, and 15 minutes to the Cooperstown Dreams Park & Glimmerglass Opera.
